Consumers engage with brands via a number of channels from in-store, online, and social media. SAP wanted to quantify the business impact of interactions conducted through digital platforms, and demonstrate how to improve associated services.

Role
SAP had undertaken some research into the Australian Digital Experience. To bring this research to life I was asked to design a White Paper filled with graphics depicting the research findings. As well as create a collection of PowerPoint decks tailored to specific business findings. The piece was so well received by the client that it was taken up by the Asia Pacific region.

Business Impact
The SAP Australian Digital Experience Report made a significant business impact locally.
The strong media relations campaign, supported by integrated marketing, raised awareness of the issues and enabled the sales teams to directly engage many of the brands ranked in the report and their prospects. This generated sizeable new business leads, while accelerating the existing pipeline. The digital White Paper was downloaded 346 times in the first four months.
